Candidates4Science is an initiative to help connect potential candidates for academic positions with recruiters at KIT. This is a match-making service which does not substitute the complex hiring process for prospective candidates.

Most academic positions at KIT are administered under German labor laws and KIT financial regulations which restrict the publication of recruitment information to short time periods. Outside of these periods, recruiters at KIT receive many applications from exceptionally strong candidates that are presently declined.
